August Rehabbers Club Tour Aug 20th

Our Rehabbers Club Tour this month will be in the Historic Shaw Neighborhood. There is quite a bit of rehab going on in Shaw at the moment, both single-family homes and multi-family buildings – we will see one of each.

We’ll start at 9:30 at 4051 Cleveland, where developer Andrew Cummins is transforming a former two-family into a handsome, 3BR, 2.5 BA single family for resale. Drywall is going up this week, so we will get a good sense of the new space and Andrew will be on hand to tell us about the planned finishes.

Then @ 10:15, we’ll move across the street to 4048 Cleveland, a three-story, six-unit building currently being renovated into high-end apartments. All the units will be open and Developer Chad Murray will be there to answer questions about preparing this ambitious project for the market.

Afterwards, feel free to head over to Tower Grove Park for the Farmer’s Market or take advantage of one of the many delicious lunch options in Shaw: Mama Josephine’s, Sasha’s and Sweet Art will all be open!
