HOW TO SIGN UP       LISTSERVE RULES      

The Rehabbers Club is a diverse collection of folks interested in rehabbing in the city of Saint Louis. We meet each month in a different neighborhood with the mission of visiting all 79 of those communities that presently make up our city.

Topics range from exploring historic tax credits, working with contractors, finding an appropriate residential or commercial property, financing that property, working with long-range commercial redevelopment plans or just rehabbing a bathroom in your house. We've examined the co-housing alternative, energy-efficient renovations, and a host of other topics from installing a faucet to redeveloping a property into lofts, from investing in multi-families to first-time home buyers wanting to take on an old home renovation.

Learn about our city's disparate neighborhoods and the housing opportunities that exist there. Meetings are held the third Saturday of each month from 9:30 to 11:30 am. Often times, we tour homes and meet the people who are currently rehabbing in the neighborhoods where we get together. You will find notices about upcoming meetings on the main page for this website and on the listserve.

We also have a free email listserve that you can sign up for. We use the listserve to talk to each other, ask questions and share information. There are presently around 2,000 "members" and we're growing with every passing day! With such an eclectic group of folks, it's no surprise that there's a wide range of knowledge and experience in our midst, so many questions get multiple answers.
